Currently any company in the world can access our software, the equipment service is available in Spain, USA, and LATAM.
All devices you buy, whether new or refurbished, have a warranty. All rented objects will be insured by the suppliers, up to 90%.
You can add all assets of the company, computers, cars, or even furniture. The best thing is that you can register both the products you buy or rent with Yakk, as well as those you acquire with other suppliers.
Once the order has been accepted, shipping takes 2-5 days, depending on the product and supplier. We can ship to your offices or directly to the homes of your employees remotely.
If you have rented the product from Yakk, our suppliers will give you a free replacement service or replacement with a franchise depending on the case. On the other hand, if the product has been purchased, it will only have the guarantee and repair service of the supplier.
The minimum rental period is 1 month, to adapt to your needs. On the other hand, we offer rentals of up to 36 months, depending on the provider.
To be able to rent you have to do it in the name of the company and pass the risk study by our partner Sharpei. We will only need the data of the company and an identity card of a person with powers in the company.
Currently we only offer individuals and freelancers the software service and the purchase of equipment. You can not rent anything without being a company, to mitigate the risk and avoid fraud on the platform.
